1. How can I pay for my rental?

You may make payment for the rental by either debit or credit card (American Express, VISA or Mastercard). Deposit can be paid in cash, debit or credit cards. However, full rental payment and deposit must have been paid before rental commences.

2. Can I check rates without making a reservation?

Yes, you can refer to our rental rates table and our rental fleet here for a general overview of the type of cars we have and the corresponding rental rates. You can also call our sales office at 62856616 or email to us at sales@bizlinkgroup.com.sg.

3. Can I drive into another country?

Yes, you can drive up to West Malaysia with a nominal daily surcharge.

5. How old do I need to be to drive a rental vehicle?

Our insurance company requires all hirers registered to be between 23 and 65 years old and with minimum driving experience of 2 years.

4. Do I need to return the car with a full tank of fuel?

All our cars are handed over with a full tank of petrol, as such the cars will also have to be returned with a full tank of petrol. An administrative charge in addition to the refuelling charge will be imposed otherwise.

6. What proof of identification (ID) / documentation do I need to bring with me when collecting the vehicle?

For Singaporeans and PRs, the identification card and valid Singapore driver’s license will have to be produced.

For foreigners, the passport, Employment Pass and valid International Driver’s Permit (IDL) will have to be produced. In the absence of the IDL, the hirer can use their own country’s driver license (but it must be presented in English).

7. What if I return the vehicle later than the rented period?

Vehicles returned later than the stipulated timing will be charged accordingly based on the additional day(s’) rental.

8. Do I have to purchase my own motorcar insurance?

No, all cars are comprehensively insured by BizLink Rent-a-Car.

9. Can someone else other than myself drive the vehicle?

Yes, as long as the minimum requirements set by the insurance company is adhered to. However, only up to 2 drivers may be registered to drive any one car rented.

10. Can I book a vehicle and pay for it even if I will not be the person who picks up and drives it?

No, we require the driver to be the person booking. He/She also has to be the one receiving the car, signing the rental documents and making the payment.

11. What do I do in the event of a breakdown or accident?

Hirers facing a car break down or involved in an accident can call our 24h roadside assistance at+65 9012 6616. For accidents, it is essential for the hirer to obtain particulars and information of any other parties involved. The police will also need to be alerted in the event of any injuries sustained by any parties.

12. What if I want to extend the length of my rental?

This can be arranged with BizLink Rent-a-Car but each request of this nature will be completely subject to BizLink Rent-a-Car’s acceptance. Upon granted extension, hirer will be required to make full payment of the cost of rental extension in advance.

13. Do I need to check the vehicle before I drive it away?

Both BizLink Rent-a-Car and hirer will conduct an inspection during the hand over and return of the car. Once signed and agreed, it will be assumed that the car is handed over in the condition as agreed upon.

  • All Personal Data provided by Hirer to the Owner are handled confidentially and sensitively.
  • The Owner in accessing such Personal Data, whilst in their dealing with you, will endeavour to use and disclose such information reasonably within the ambit of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
  • Personal Data collected may include NRIC or Passport number, email addresses, telephone number etc.
  • Such Personal Data may be collected in the course of contract negotiations, finalization and execution of contract with you.
  • Generally, such Personal Data will be used by the Owner for their purposes of dealing with you in matters arising out of this Agreement with you.
  • The Owner will take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access/usage.
