- Singaporean: Hirer(s) and any additional driver(s) have to produce an original Singapore NRIC and an original Singapore driving license upon collection of vehicle.
- Foreigner(s) and any additional driver(s) who reside here for less than 12 months have to produce their original passport or other permit and their original valid country driving license(s) or international driving permit(s) (IDP) issued by an authorization body from their country of origin.
- Foreigner(s) who have resided here for more than 12 months need to convert their foreign licence(s)/international driver permit(s) (IDP) to a Singapore driving licence.
- Driver(s) from ASEAN member countries need a valid driving licence issued by the relevant Authority in order to drive in SIngapore.
- Only authorised drivers are insured to drive a rental vehicle.
Certainly, each rental allows up to 2 eligible drivers to be registered. The eligibility criteria for the driver(s) are that they have to be between 23 and 65 years old and hold a valid driver’s license with more than 2 years of driving experience.
The preferred make/model of the car can be requested upon booking of the rental. However, the guarantee is still subjected to availability and at the discretion of BizLink Rent-A-Car.

You may make payment for the rental by PayNow or Bank Transfer. Deposit can be paid in cash, debit or credit cards. However, full rental payment and deposit is required at time of booking and when the rental commences.
The deposit amount depends on the engine capacity and category of car.

The security deposit is usually refunded within 7 business days from the date of return of car. The full amount of the security deposit is refunded when the car is returned without new damages, when the car is returned with a full tank of petrol, when there are no unpaid invoices and when there are no unsettled traffic offence notices.
Vehicles returned later than the stipulated timing will be charged accordingly based on the additional day(s’) rental.
This can be arranged by speaking to our sales associates. However, granting of extension of rental is at the sole discretion of BizLink Rent-A-Car. Upon approval of the rental extension, the Hirer will then be needed to make the required payment prior to the cost of commencement of the extension.
For all daily and weekly rentals, pick-up and return of rental cars are to be arranged to be carried out during our business hours (9:00am – 5:00pm), at our office address.

For delivery and collection services, they can also be arranged during our business hours at a surcharge of S$20.00/trip. This service is also subject to availability at time of request.

At BizLink Rent-A-Car, we require our customers to return our cars with a full tank as we operate on a Full/Full fuel policy. An administrative charge in addition to the refuelling charge will be imposed otherwise. Yes, the purchase of cashcard is up to the Hirer’s discretion. The purchase of the cashcard can be done at our office at a charge, subjected to availability.
All vehicles are comprehensively insured by BizLink Rent-A-Car. However, there is still an excess/deductible imposed for any damages to the car that is due to Hirer’s negligence or in the event of an accident that is partially or fully due to Hirer’s fault.
We offer extra options like GPS, child restraint seats, handphone holder, sunshade etc. Contact our sales associates if you require any add-ons and we will do our best to comply.

Other charges which may apply include rental of portable GPS, child restraint seats, and delivery and collection services. All miscellaneous charges are subjected to Goods & Services Tax.
Rest assured that the monthly rental rate includes routine servicing of the car and the replacement of parts of the car that have worn out due to wear and tear. Arrangements can also be made for the car to be picked up and returned when it has to be sent to the service workshop for repairs/servicing.
However, we do seek your understanding for a reasonable fee for cleaning of the car’s interior upon return of the car if it contains stains, dirt, odour, or soiling which is attributed to your use. Additional charges also apply if the car is soiled from smoke or e-cigarette vapour.
For accidents, it is essential for the hirer to obtain particulars and information of any other parties involved. The police will also need to be alerted in the event of any injuries sustained by any parties or if any public property has been damaged.

Both BizLink Rent-A-Car and hirer will conduct an inspection during the hand-over and return of the car. Once signed and agreed, it will be assumed that the car is handed over in the condition as agreed upon.
